The puzzle is to find the paths that will lead most quickly to the exit, but the hedges prevent you from seeing where alternative routes lead. 4 HIJACKING

You have decided to negotiate with the hijackers through a friendly ambassador in Zatalia. The friendly ambassador has contacted the hijackers. He reports that they demand freedom for all their comrades in your jails and for other comrades of theirs in jail in 3 other countries - A, B and C.

To you, their comrades are criminals, terrorists. They see themselves as freedom fighters.
